The football stadium in Ventspils was equipped with a new, latest-generation synthetic surface that very closely approximates natural lawn in terms of its visual and technical parameters. Our sand is one of the components of this lawn that plays a critical role in its longevity, functionality, and safety. Silica sand helps the fibres of the lawn maintain their vertical position, meaning that the lawn can keep its original form and flexibility for longer. Sand gives the synthetic lawn a more natural feel and cushioning properties, which is important for player safety, reducing injuries.
